Every great community reaches a moment when it realises that moving together is stronger than moving alone.
Hiranandani Estate, developed by the Hiranandani Group on Ghodbunder Road, Thane, grew into a vibrant township of many co-operative housing societies — each with its own identity, yet all sharing common spaces, amenities, and responsibilities. As the Estate evolved, so did the need for a single, unified voice to represent its collective interests.
That shared understanding led to the formation of the Hiranandani Estate CHS Federation Ltd.
The Apex Body of co-operative housing societies within the Estate. Registered under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 as the Apex Body of Hiranandani Estate, the Federation serves as a platform for collaboration, coordination on 7 January 2019 (Registration No. TNA/(TNA)/GNL/O/2515/2019), the Federation was created to bring societies together on a common platform of cooperation and dialogue. The Federation exists to represent, promote, and protect the interests of Member Societies, while working in close coordination with the Hiranandani Management to support the effective management and maintenance of shared facilities and infrastructure. More than an organisation, the Federation is a reflection of community leadership — shaped by residents, guided by transparency, and driven by the belief that a well-governed estate is built through collaboration, trust, and participation.
